Every order ships free! I believe it’s only fair that shipping costs don’t add extra stress or surprise at checkout. I price my pottery fairly, for you and for me, so you can shop worry-free and enjoy your new favorite piece!

I literally walk each piece to the post office myself and drop it off, so you can count on it going out within 1–2 days. After that, it’s in USPS’s hands, but if anything comes up, just let me know and I’ve got you covered!

Nooo! If your item arrives damaged, please don’t stay quiet, let me know! I pressure-test my shipping with throwaway pots and think I’ve cracked the code on perfect packing paper. Just email me at thefriendlypotter@gmail.com with a photo of the damage so I can keep improving. We’ll make it right for you!

I wish we could! Right now, with all the tariff stuff, I’ve seen a lot of small businesses hit with big fees on small orders. Honestly, it’s a bit scary. Once I have more room to take that risk, I’ll open it up. For now, we’ll wait and see!

We don’t have a formal system for this yet, but if you’re local, you’ll see a “Local Delivery” option at checkout, just select that. It saves on shipping costs and helps keep your package safe and sound!
